Getting started

My Palettes

3 minute read, 9 steps

Trycolors mixes from the tubes you own. First it needs to know which tubes those are. You tell it with a palette.

Every tool uses your palette: the mixer, Recipes, mixing charts and Repaint. Make your palette once. Then pick it in any tool.

Here we make one palette: a box of twelve Liquitex Basics, plus one extra tube. Sign in to save it.

  • Create a palette in My Palettes
  • Add a whole box of paints at once
  • Add a tube that is not in the box
  • See what it can mix, then save it
  • Pick it in any tool
