Delete your account

Deleting your account removes it and everything in it: your palettes, your saved recipes and the photos you uploaded. This cannot be undone.
Only want to stop paying? You do not need to delete anything. See Manage or cancel your subscription.
- Open Settings
- Press Delete Account
- Confirm
Step 1
Open Settings
Press your name at the bottom of the menu 1. Press Settings 2.
On a phone, open the menu with the button at the top left first.
Step 2
Press Delete Account
Scroll to the bottom of Settings. Press Delete Account 1 in the red card.
Step 3
Confirm
A box asks Delete Account? It warns that your palettes and recipes will be deleted permanently.
Press Delete Account in the box to confirm. Changed your mind? Press Cancel.
Your account is deleted and you are signed out.

Set any target, choose the paints on your table, and follow the guide step by step.

No. Everything is removed permanently. Signing up again with the same email starts a new, empty account.
You cannot delete the account yourself while it has a subscription. Write to us with Get Help under your name in the menu. We cancel it and delete the account for you.
